can't login to member site now????

I am trying to login to the dvc member site. It keeps telling me I am logged into another site (probably Disneyshopping.com) but it won't let me into my member area. I put in my club ID and pin, but still nothing. Any ideas why this is happening?

Try going to a Disney site (such as Disneyshopping.com) and try logging out of whatever ID could have been used to log in with. Then go back to the DVC member site and try logging in again.

It could be that you have 2 Disney logins, one affiliated with your DVC member account - and the other that is causing you grief.

I had the same problem and it was disneyshopping.com I had to log out of that site, clear cookies and history, and then it worked. Hope this helps.

Ok, so I logged out of DIsneyshopping.com and STILL cannot login to DVC. I double-check my user ID and password. I even had them send them to me.


It STILL says I'm logged into another DIsney site...???? I even put in my club ID and pin, but it won't let me on....

Anyone else have any advice for me? Is there a number I can call to get it straightened out?

I don't know what the problem is.....I've never had a problem before they tied them together. I've always used disneyshopping.com and never had a problem getting into the dvc member site. ????? Is there a number I can call?

I had this problem a little bit ago. It turned out that I was trying to log in with my email address which was not my login ID.
