Can't log into Chase!

I'm in Chicago and can not log on.

I logged on early this morning but now all afternoon have not been able too. Very frustrating!!

I'm logged in now on another tab and can navigate all the screens. I am getting no lag or delay when switching screens. I am using Firefox 3.6.8.

I was able to log on this morning, but now can't get it.

I'm getting some error code and it's asking me to re-enter my login information. I know I'm enterting the username and password correctly.

We're unable to complete your request. Please reenter your User ID and Password or click "Forgot your User ID/Password?". You also may want to make sure your computer's Date and Time setting is correct

Won't work for me either.

I tried forever this morning & it keeps saying I can't log on like I forgot my password but I can't do a new one. Sure was glad to see this & know it isn't just me as I still can't log on & I just tried again.

Oh well...guess I can just wait to see how much all those college books cost that my son bought for A & M...I love surprises! lol

I was able to update my Quicken this morning, and I just logged on to Chase through their site and while it did take longer than usual, I did get to the main accounts page. All my money is still there, so that's good!

If they've been down a long time, there are problably a ton of people all trying to log in at once as being down has created a backlog of people needing to do online banking. Sso I'm sure that's not helping their system at all. My DH is in IT and I know what he goes through for his clients, Chase's IT people must be pulling their hair out by now. Sometimes systems just crash, it isn't always anyones fault, things just go haywire.

I was able to get in as well. At first, it didn't recognize me and I got the message about forgetting my password. I erased the password that defaulted and entered it again and all was well. Crazy!

It's payday so I just paid a whole bunch of bills without any problems. Hopefully all is well again!

Just tried this a.m. (Chicago area) and I'm getting the same message.

Yesterday morning, I was able to get on and had scheduled three payments, one outside of Chase. The one outside of Chase went through, so I'm hoping the Chase payments went through as well. Guess I'll be calling the 800 number to verify later.
