Can't log in to site

I have been trying to sign in on Give a Day Get a Disney Day website under 'manage account' for a few hours today. I have no clue why it's not logging me in: I'm 95% my password is correct, my question to my fellow DISboard members: how do I get them to send me my password since I forget it?

I am wanting to get on the site so much because I have read on different theads here on DISboards that I need to register rest my family, then find a volunteering activty to sign us up for.​

I just purposely entered the wrong password, it told me "Password is incorrect. If you can't remember your password, please select the "can't remember your password" link below. You will then enter the email address you have previously enter when signing up, they will send you a temporary password. Hope this helps.

I know my [assword is correct and all it says for me is it is unable to process my request, try again. After 5 tries, it locks me out. I have no idea who to contact and no idea how to fix it. It's quite frustrating. The one activity I did manage to sign up for apparently never received my name, so I was left off. Now I have another, but can't get in to register. i guess I wasn't meant to volunteer with them.

I think its typical Disney website problems. I am having problems just logging into their regular site to book a room for this weekend.

Tried the link DisneyWisher suggested and still having a problem logging in: hopefully disney well sort out this probelm so we can all log in with out so many delays in the future!!!

I had that problem too. I retyped my whole email address instead of scrolling down and that seemed to work...

What browser are you all using? I've heard reports that some don't handle the site as well as others (which I've found is typical of other Disney sites too).

Firefox seems to work just fine - you might want to try that if you're currently using something else.
