Can't get Touring Plans to show rooms so I can send in room request

Trying to get a room request done for our stay at Poly coming up in 5 days! When I put in our room type, I can't get anything to generate. If I set all the parameters to "Any," I only get Standard Deluxe Studio rooms in Tokelau showing.

I don't actually care that much about view. I just want conveniently located rooms, preferably a room with a king bed that connects to a room with 2 queens. Then we have a 3rd room that can have either bed type that we want to be as close by as possible.

If the Touring Plans website isn't working correctly, what's the best way to get my room request through?

Call the main reservation line. Do it quickly, rooms are assigned 3-5ish days out. You have some pretty unique requests, so I think those are probably best handled via phone, IMHO.

I called. Sounds like it's probably not going to happen. CM said with the sold out status we probably will just get what we get. (She said it more nicely than that.) We do hope to be within a few rooms of each other, but we're fine if the King bed or connecting rooms don't happen. We'd love for it to happen, but we won't bat an eye if it doesn't. I would be a bit peeved if we ended up on opposite ends of the resort, though. We'll have an awesome time no matter what!

You can still set up touring plans without looking at the rooms. It's better not to request a specific room anyway. Go to your dashboard and if you created a plan for your trip there will be a button that says "configure fax". Click that and you can enter your info and make your request.

In case you aren't aware, the room request feature at TP doesn't request a specific room. It uses that room as an example of the type of room you want.

It sounded like OP was hoping to look for a specific room, but yes, thanks for clarifying that.

I actually don't want to request a specific room. I just want to send a general fax requesting connecting rooms. And I'm still not seeing that option on my dashboard??

If I use the "request room" tab in my created plan, it takes me to the Poly room finder that will only display one type of room that's located in one building. Changing the inputs just results in no findings.

Nevermind! I just picked a random room and that generated "Configure Fax" which will let me delete the room selection and fill out the fax how I want. Yay!
