can't get through to WDW-DINE

I am sure there is a reason, but I have not been able to get anyone since last night, just says "high call volume, can't take your call" and hangs up on me.
Anyone else experiencing this right now, or am i cursed? (Joking)

I just got through on the 800 number after about 25 minutes.

I had that happen to me last night too. I think you need to select that you have never been to WDW before.

I just got through using 1-800 number suggested ( I don't know why I didn't think of that) I was on hold about 45 min, the CM said they have been slammed all day. I actually think the music soothed me to sleep once...luckily i woke up before i got through,

Been curious... does it matter if you say "never" or "a bunch"?

Not sure if it makes a difference or not but I was told to "call back" under the "numerous" times visited option and immediately caleld back and chose "never" visited and at least I am on hold.
They could very well prioritize the queues.

Probably the whole system is overloaded by a combination of things, not the least of which is that they are probably short on call center CMs because of the hurricanes (people have to look after their own property), and people calling for New Years eve PSs

No you haven't missed out....... today they could take priority seatings up to December 30th. I have had no trouble getting through the last three days. I used the 800 number.

Where can I find this 800 number for AP holders? I don't see it in the booklet that came with my pass or on the Benefits section on the Passholder page on Disney's website. Where should I be looking?
