Can't get through to CRO!!!!

I can't believe how busy CRO is. I've been trying since 8am this morning to make my last PS for my trip. I have called 4x staying on hold for 30 minutes!!! When you call, the voice message tells you they are experiencing high volume of callers. I tried a few different numbers and it is all the same. I've never had this happen before. Any ideas what is going on?

It happens to me almost everytime I call on a Monday.

That happened to me about a week and a half back -- I called on a Saturday afternoon and was on hold nearly an hour!

Wonder if it's all those people who see the 'family of 4 trip to WDW for $1500' ad in the Sunday papers. Maybe I made plans for the wrong time of year this year...maybe late August would have been better than June!!!

For a PS, you might have more luck calling 407-WDW-DINE but you'll have to pay for the call.

The very busy Memorial Day weekend is now under the 90 days mark, perhpas it is busy with people booking for then. I spoke to PS last week before the Memorial 90 day count down kicked in, and I really didn't have to wait more than a minute. That would be my best guess.
