It's probably just seeing his Oct reservations as AP rather than resort guests and then saying he is at his cap. You'd just have to call the AP line to have that taken care of. Having a room reservation does not guarantee park reservations though. I'm guessing there is full availability at that time and the system is just using the wrong allotment.Thanks.. Thanks. I have tried every park and it's allowing me but saying my husband has "met his park capacity". We both have exact same stays together? It's like a glitzch. I thought a room reservation did allow you to make consecutive park days during your stay? So people can spend $3000 on a week room stay, $1000 on airfare and still not be able to get in to a park? I had no idea. wow. That shoots down my hopes! It is. That is the kicker here. We are all linked up. Been on hold with Disney AP line for over 90 min so far. Still holding.................we have active passes. Mine expires Dec 9. My husband in Jan 20222. This makes no sense to me? We have tried on computer and park app on iPhone.As long as the reservation is attached to MDE, you can make park reservations with an AP for as many days as your trip. If it is attached, he has an active pass for those dates, and its not letting you book, then I would reach out to the MDE people and not MS.

Yes. When they first started Park Pass, a lot of the communication was around that specific point: Just having a resort reservation etc. does not mean you are guaranteed park entry. But with so much new detail to absorb, it's easy for things to get lost in the flow. Having said that, your situation does sound glitchy.Thanks. Anyone have issues? It's been three days and I cannot log in to DVC on my computer? I have Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Neither works. and they have worked for YEARS.

Yes, I have to do that if I've had the website open earlier in the day. For some reason the logout url saves and if I try to log back in using the same browser it fails.You might try with another browser, or in private/incognito mode. If it's a cookie issue, that should bypass it.
I have been doing this and works; there is another workaround that have worked too… search in google “disney vacation club log in”I find that if I use the logout button it gives me an error that continues until I clear the cookies from go.com websites. The browser I use is typically chrome.
