Can't get DING to work - can anyone help?

I installed DING but cannot get it to work. I can access the internet and Southwest just fine but DING gives me a communication error. When I click in update registration to add my airports I get an error message saying "Unable to connect to Southwest.com". Any suggestions?

Look in you tray for the southwest sign and right click.Press connect now.If that doesn't work go to the southwest website web page and then try it again.The connect now worked for me after I put up the southwest website and then pressed connect now.

I am able to get Ding on my home workstation but I cannot get it to work on my new laptop. I get the same "unable to connect to Southwest.com" error. I tried the suggestion above but it did not work. The help section of the Ding site is not much help.
Any help here is appreciated.

Try going into your Control Panel and 'download' again.There's a partial download you can do and that usually solves the problem.

Also you can click on the southwest sign in your tray and bring up the box.In the upper right hand corner they have 'help'.Click on help and it helps you trouble shoot your problems.

Still not working... I tried your suggestions. I also added the site to the safe list but no luck. The strange part is both my laptop and workstation are using the same windows version, etc and it works on the workstation.
Anyone have any other suggestions?
