Can't get an ADR at Whispering Canyon

We booked a trip at the wilderness lodge for Dec 9 - 15 and I can't get an ADR at Whispering Canyon for dinner on any of those nights - unless I want to eat at 8:20pm!

Is this a sign of how crowded it will be at WDW, or do you think it's just the popularity of the WL at xmas time?

Although, I have had trouble getting the ADRs I want. My last trip this past May went very smoothly in terms of ADRs - and I was making those requests in early April!

I think the Wilderness Lodge is SUPER popular at Christmas time and that may be the reason you can't get anything.

I found for my trip I just took, WCC and Le Cellier were the hardest ADRs to get what you wanted. Good luck and keep trying!

I'd say it has a LOT to do with the popularity of the WL during the holiday season. The week you are going isn't normally all that busy but the WL books up pretty quick for December because it is soooo beautifully decorated and warm and homey feeling.

Good luck and keep trying! Their breakfast is pretty great too. I'm looking forward to a nice big stuffed western omelette when we go in October!
