Can't find where to get the Loew's card!

I went to their site, but couldn't find a place to actually get the card! Also, tell me the advantages of this card and does it cost anything?

Thanks so much! Another question, I'm reserving two rooms (I'm paying for my sister's room), what chances, if any, would I have of getting a free room upgrade with two rooms??? We are arriving on August 12 and staying for four nights.

You can ask when you check in. You are going it is still peak summer so my guess is not likely. They could possibly upgrade 'one' room.

Yes, when you call and book have your Loews # added to your reservation. At check-in confirm that your # is on the account. I'm glad you joined!

when you are loews blue, you can get the upgrade from garden to pool if there is a room available.

at the higher card colors, you can request the upgrade at the time of booking and be guaranteed the room.

Okay, so what is the advantage of having a pool room vs a garden? Is it just a lot closer to the pool? Is it worth asking for? Sorry for all the questions but I've never stayed on site before.

The only advantage is the view. The rooms are identical. The location is also no different. You cant request this upgrade until you check-in, like I mentioned in my earlier post. I would absolutely ask for ANY available upgrades when you do check-in and just see what happens.
