Can't find stroller fans

Tried Buy Buy Baby and OneStepAhead - nothing. Searched BabiesRUs online, too. Anyone have any luck purchasing stroller fans recently?

i never found one for my trip in june and i looked everywhere! how old is your child? i let my ds, age 2, hold a mini fan with foam blades (got them at the dollar store) and he loved that thing!

He will only be 5 months - but he is soo hot natured! I am beginning to wonder if maybe they pulled this item all together. I sure hope not! Maybe they just all sold out with all the free advertising on the DIS.

I found a different site with the one we got http://store.babycenter.com/product/clothing/essentials/weather_protection/3420 but it says out of stock. I was able to obtain the manufacturer name though. Its a Pinwheel Fan by Kel-Gar then I put that into the google search and found it in other places.

There may be more but maybe one of these places will come in for you. Be sure to let us know. They are about $12.00 and plan on going through one set of batteries a day if oyu use it all day or most of a day. You need a small screwdriver to change the batteries which we found no problme to through in the diaper bag a real tiny one.

I found a clip-on fan at Wal Mart last week. It was the only one they had, and it had the foam blades on it. I think it was about $4-5. I had also asked at Target, but they were all sold out.

I just saw some on ebay. I don't know if they would be cheaper. Really good idea. I never knew they had these.
