can't find customize your magic band option

so we booked our stay for april 17th-19th allstar sports and i played around with the customize band feature, but didnt complete everyones as some were sill deciding, well i went last night and have been trying since to find the option, i go into my magic bands and cards tab but there is no option to customize order nor is the order showing up
called disney and all they said was its a viewing error...

not sure what to do?!

I answered this in the Disney Resorts forum, where you posted the same exact question! As I said there, just keep checking your MDE through computer web browser, phone browser, or phone app, and the problem should clear up in time for you to do your customization.

The exact same thing happened to us. They told me to call 407-939-7765 for help. However, the next day when I went on line to try it again, it was there. As the previous post suggests, just keep trying or call the number provided.
