Can't do that with a paper FP

We've been during Christmas week and never waited more than 20 minutes for pirates in the stand by line. Granted, it was either mid-morning or late evening (and not mid-day when the crowds are the worst).

My take from that is only if capacity is at its very highest do I think this ride may need a FP...but that really goes for most of the rides that are not considered headliners.
