Trying to book for June 2017 - 2 adults and 2 kids (16 & 3 at the time of trip). The 16 year old wants the Contemporary just because the monorail goes through it. My husband wants BC because of the pool and our almost 3 year old will love it. I keep changing my mind when I go to book the package. We are going to WDW next month and staying at VGF, so next year's trip will most likely be our last for a few years. I need a room with space. I usually stay at POP but none of the males want that. Where would you stay?

With a 3 year old CR. You'll spend a lot of time at MK and you can walk or take the monorail. It's easy to grab the monorail to Epcot from there also. The rooms are large, there are plenty of places to eat. The 3 year old is going to be happy with any pool and doesn't want a long bus ride to go ride Dumbo.

If the stay is a longer stay, you might want to try a split stay. Make everyone happy. :) It is a bit of a pain to have to pack up all of your stuff and move mid-stay, but you can drop your bags off with Bell Services when you check out and they will transfer them to your next resort. Then go play for the day and head to the new resort when you are done playing for the day. It's a pretty slick process. We do it all the time. Though, we don't have a 3-year old in tow. :)

Oh well. I think there are family suites at the all star resorts too. Maybe even try Port Orleans. Some of their rooms have a murphy bed as well. If money isn't an issue, try a 1 bedroom at bay lake or kidani. They have a pullout sofa and a pullout chair. You can even try to rent points to stay there too.

I'd say BC but only because I prefer the Epcot resorts to the MK ones. If I were staying at a MK resort, I'd probably go either WL or Poly, I've never liked CR, it's just too contemporary and sort of sterile looking for me.

Contemporary is great for MK and also walkable but not very Disney-like/immersive imho.
Id stay BC over that. Take ur teen for a monorail ride/loop instead lol
but choosing the resort cause it goes thru it..I wouldn't.
You ll ALL the pool at BC and greatly enjoy it.
Have a magical trip.

When we were teens staying at BC we loved that loop that connected BC to Boardwalk. It was great to walk over and check out the games and stuff. Plus ESPN is right there. Plus, the pool... even your teen will love stormalong bay.

My vote is for a split stay at CR and BC if you have 7 or more nights. Something for everyone. I think you'll have plenty of room for a family of four in their standard rooms. I've been traveling with my family of six, so four in a room sounds luxurious to me!

Bay lake tower? Maybe you could rent points? Then you would have some extra space. You would be within walking distance to Magic Kingdom which will be super helpful with a three year old who may need nap time. Either way, I hope you have a great time!

Since you say it might be your last trip for a few years I'd let the 16 year-old's opinion have a lot of weight. The memories will certainly mean a lot more to him than to your 3 year-old.
