I think you definitely made the right decision.

Although we loved BCV for the pool and location when we stayed there, VGF is a whole new level for DVC.
Taking nothing from BCV but DVC has really stepped it up for VGF. It's really not a fair comparison based on the accomodation quality and trim level.

You have to actually see the rooms to appreciate them. I was there just over a week ago and was totally blown away. I had seen the pictures too but they really don't do it justice.

Just an update and a thanks for everyone's advice...we decided to go with the VGF. We bought 200 points today - we like the idea of rotating between the two resorts and we got married at the GF so we thought it would be very nice for us. We're going to make our first trip to stay at the VGF in May 2014 but may tour/poke around while there next month for F&W.

We were the first DVC members to see the VGF model on May 23rd because we had to be at MCO early in the morning. They were so stunning we sold our 500pts at OKW and SSR and bought 500pts at VGF. Congratulations!!!
