Can't Contact DVC?

Hey all,
We've been trying to contact DVC about our upcoming trip next month for about 3 weeks now. Every time we call, we are on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer. Is anyone else having the same issue?
We emailed them a few days ago, too and are still waiting a response.

Yes the phone wait times are very long.

Could be people booking the December rush.

Could be people calling about magic bands and MDE.

Could be a change in policy, reduction in head count or other reason.

Could be all of the above.
