Today I am able to do online check in. I complete it and it keeps telling me to correct what is hilighted in yellow, yet nothing is hilighted. ????? Anyone else have a problem?

I had this problem last evening. What I had to do was delete each line and re-enter the information. I was able to complete the checkin but it gave me the message they could not verify my cc that I could use another at checkin at the resort. There shouldn't have been any problem with my cc so I called Amex. They told me the cc was fine and that there was a $1 authorization from Disney. The verification had gone through guess just another Disney site problem.

I've been trying to do online check in for past couple of days, and get the same error message.... ugh!

I just went back in to"Edit" the address, and re-entered it... and it worked. But, now it's saying "We were unable to process your reservation; please try again or contact The Disney Reservation Center at (407) 939-7675. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to dial this number. "

I just tried again. I re-entered everything again, even the pre filled in fields. The first time it had me re-enter cc info (by the way I used my AMEX). I was then able to check in online. I think the last time I did on line check-in (we only do it when we are arriving late) It wouldn't accept my AMEX and I had to show the card at check in.

It sounds like some emails or phone calls to MS might be in order to report than online check in isn't working properly. Hopefully it will straighten out for you all soon and well before you leave for WDW. Good luck.

I'm arriving late (~11 PM) on Sunday for a DVC stay monday thru friday, so rather than use points for that first night, I booked a cash reservation at a value resort. I've been trying to do on-line check in for that portion of the trip, to let Disney know I will be arriving late. But the computers won't even pull up my reservation. So I can't do it. I guess I'll have to call CRO.

Also had the same problem today. Tried 4 or 5 times. DH then tried 4 times, and ended up entering our zip code +4 and then entered dashes in the phone number, and that seemed to work. Don't know why they make it so difficult.

I had trouble too -- Called member services - they had no luck with helping fix the 'glitches' - finally tried again and went thru mydisneyreservation.com/dvc (rather than the e-mail link sent to me) and IT WORKED!
Be aware - your confirmation # might have changed - mine did - I used the new number sent by e-mail!

I did it today and got the error message as well. I deleted the +4 in the zip code field and it worked. Crazy computer glitches!

. . . .

I noticed that our reservations for our June trip have a different confirmation number. We noticed the change when we checked our vacation information on the MS website. So FYI you can just check MS website instead of calling MS for the new confirmation number.

I tried all the above options...retyping everything already in the address field, phone numbers with and without hyphens, zip code with and without plus four, and the reward at the end of all that was the error message that they were unable to process my reservation. I called MS to double check the reservation, as that made me nervous. The reservation was fine, but I just can't check in online. Really frustrating, especially the messages that insist you fill in the areas highlighted in yellow when there aren't any!

Once I deleted the last 4 digits on my ZIP code, the on line check in worked fine.

I was also having problems checking in online a little while ago. It was saying that i had not filled out all of the yellow highlighted areas correctly. Finally, i edited my address adding the last four digits of my zip code and it worked. :confused3:lovestruc

Subscribing....We online check in a few days from now and may have to reference this thread.:santa:

I checked in 3 days ago and had the same issue reported here, "yellow highlighted fields must be completed" when, first, there were no yellow highlighted fields (more of an off white but not the usual yellow highlight), and second, all the off-white fields WERE filled in. I changed the zip from the 9 digit contiguous number they had (which was correct, btw), to our 5 digit zip and it worked.

Can I just tell you how much Disney's websites, all of them, stink so so bad? They are just terrible. I see text running over illustrations, outside of information boxes, this won't work with Safari, etc.

I got the email this morning inviting me to try online check in. Despite complete failure getting it to work yesterday, I tried again. With plus four zip code and without. Typing everything completely over again. Same maddening result, telling me to fill in something that is already there, highlighted in a color that isn't there. How does this ever make it to the public without the glitches being caught when they are so blatant? I give up. We'll check in when we get there.

It's so annoying, isn't it?!?!

I would still bet there's something that auto-filled which you might need to adjust.

If this is the wave of the future for Disney, they really need to change it. I just can't believe how such a big company could have such a bad website and web interfacing.
