Why can't I cancel my ADRs on disneys website :confused3 It's so frustrating and I know there are people who will want these ADRs. I have Ohana on Sept 29th for 6, and also a table for 8 that I need to cancel. I also have the spirit of Aloha for Sept 27th for 6. I guess I will have to call to cancel, was hoping to just do it online but it keeps bouncing me back to log in and it won't cancel the res. when I click cancel

The system yesterday was all funky. I could pull my restaurant ADRs, but it could not pull my resort reservations :scared1: I would just try again later, it'll probably get fixed. I've tinkered with my ADRs and it always allows me to cancel online, so I know this is a temporary issue.

I had that problem almost every time I tried to cancel ADR's. Then someone told me to try in Firefox (was using IE) and it worked. Have you tried using a different browser??

Not being able to cancel has been going on for a week or so at least. I went to make some changes to our August plans and can't cancel anything, no matter which browser I try. I figure it'll resolve itself sooner or later, just keep checking back every now and again.

I'm always amazed that a company like Disney has such a terrible website. It's slow, clunky, and frequently unresponsive.

Seriously....Disney needs to address this issue. Their website is nothing short of embarrassing.

I've been trying for 3 days to cancel a reservation and still can't. The bad thing is, I was on the phone with Disney today and forgot to cancel this. I'll call back later. Earlier the wait time was approx 12 minutes. UGH!

Hopefully they will get the website straight soon. One day this week, I booked HDDR online, associated my dining plan, was asked for credit card guarantee only, and still was charged the $412.93. I've been dealing with getting that refunded. The CM was very nice but tried to tell me how to associate my dining plan. I explained to her that I knew how and had been successful on other reservations doing that but their website was the problem. She didn't have much to say after that. I mean, I wasn't mean but I wanted her to know the problem didn't happen because of me; it was most definitely their website. Then she had to cancel the reservation for the one that charged me so she could rebook me and guess what? She had trouble canceling the reservation too. So I guess it's not just us having the problems, the CM's are too.

Absolutely!

I had trouble also yesterday when I tried clicking on cancel on the my vacation page.

Solution- Click on details on the reservation you want to cancel , another window will open and you should be able to cancel from that page. It worked for me.

Sometimes it's a browser issue. If you are using IE, try Mozilla, it worked for me. :thumbsup2 Also be sure to dump Temporary Internet files.
