Cant cancel or modify

Is anyone else having issues modifying or canceling there reservations? I am trying to cancel a meal and adjust another and I keep getting an error message, on the app and web.

I really don't want to wait on hold all day, just wonder if anyone else is having an issue.

ETA: Just an updated - The reservation I was looking to cancel is canceled already, so I can not cancel it again. But it is still in MDE.

Apparently some of my reservations got canceled when I changed hotels for my trip. Apparently this is a thing now.... news to me as in the past I have changed my hotel reservation multiple times with out losing dining. Not a huge deal as its a quick trip with my Daughter and she isn't sold on any meal but one (which hopefully i can get back, time to stalk!).

OP, this doesn't always work, but try going to the WDW site on a different browser or clear your WDW cookies. If you've tried on the website and failed, try on the app instead.

That being said, sometimes none of this works and you just have to keep trying until whatever it is that's the problem is fixed.

Sometimes when a reservation is bugged and I can’t cancel it, I can schedule over it and cancel the new one. Might save time?

ETA: OH MY now i have a 9:35 and 9:45! It didn't cancel the original one when i made the new one even thought it said it would!

Okay when that has happened for me in the past the old reservation ended up going away after the server caught up. So maybe check tomorrow. Otherwise I would ignore it and then cancel when you arrive to WDW. I wouldn’t bother waiting in a 6 hour phone line to fix it if it isn’t effecting your other reservations

I agree, I hope it catches up tomorrow, but it is Beaches and Cream and I am sure someone else would like it!
