Can't book or Cancel Activities on Cruise App

We were scheduled to depart on March 13th and decided to cancel because of concerns over getting quarentined on a ship or at a hotel. Went in the app to cancel activities and they are greyed out, also cannot add new activities. Wondering if this is a typically app error or if something else is up.

Cruises are typically removed from online access 3 days prior to embarkation. I think what you have encountered is not unusual. Unfortunately, you will have to call to do your cancellation.

I would assume that once you cancel the cruise, all of the activities booked through Disney would automatically fall off as well.
