Cant book FS 60 days from check-in

I stayed up till midnight and sure enough my Disney experience won't unlock for me to book my fast passes. I knew something was wrong yesterday, since somebody elses name was linked to my account. I had guest relations link my MNSSHP tickets and now the 60 day count-down is tied to the MNSSHP tickets and not the room reservation. GR assured me today when I called that I would be able to book tonight at midnight - but no luck. Frustated and now going to bed. Hopefully when I call tomorrow they can help me book.

it's like having a third job to handle when there are glitches.

i had issues getting mine linked to my magic bank.
what a headache until i called the number listed in my disney experience section.

call and talk to someone in iT.that worked out the glitches i went the other day

I'm so sorry this happened to you! Hope they can fix it quickly and you get what you want. I booked mine last month and must say, other than Anna and Elsa i was able to get everything we wanted even the afternoon after our window opened. Hope someone in IT can help you early in the morning. You might want to try calling: 1-407-939-4357, Disney IT, in the morning.

I booked my right at the 60 day, 12 am EST and A&E were not available. Everything else I wanted I got, even adjusted times days later. Don't worry, it should be fine.

That might be what someone told you, but that's not how it works at 60 days out.

What someone at Disney might have done is accidentally change the resort check-in DATE in your files to the date of your MNSSHP ticket.
But, just linking to any of your tickets will only allow FP+ reservations at 30 days or less before
the actual date.

If getting your FP+ reservations made sooner rather than later, and making sure your resort reservations are
still intact...

I'd be calling back until things show up right in your MDE account on your computer.
