Can't book a fall 2026 reservation -Gold Member

Update: I couldn't figure it out so I called DCL. I spent an hour and a half on hold but I finally made my reservation!
I hope the answers here help someone else. Ty!

My Castaway Club app says I'm Gold. I've completed 5 cruises but DCL site won't let me book a reservation. The button says "coming soon".
Is this normal?
I'm logged in so what could I be doing wrong.

I've also been on hold for 20min with DCL to see if I can book over the phone.

try logging in on a different browser?

Try incognito mode or privacy mode or whatever your browser calls it? Sometimes the cookies clog up the works.

I had the same problem this morning. Tried different browsers, phone, etc. Finally called and made my reservation. Annoying.

We’re also gold ans it just says “coming soon” for us - two different accounts, multiple browsers.

I really don’t have time to call today… this is frustrating.

Sometimes there is an issue with your account and you have to call. When you're on the line with them they should be able to identify the error and fix it so it doesn't happen again with future releases. Could be a wrong DOB somewhere in some old login, or something equally benign. If you have anyone else in your family with status you could use their account to book this one for now and fix it later. I had to do that a couple years ago myself; booked online with my husband's account and then called much later that day when I could ring right through.

My husband and I both tried our accounts! It says I have 8 cruises but then still says “coming soon” to book.

I am platinum and still cannot get in. I was able to book via chat and then change cabins but still cannot see prices and getting the coming soon message. Online tech support told me they have been getting a lot of calls. It was escalated but still not showing for me.

I also had to call to book as I couldn’t get access, even though I am Gold.

I had to call. Every time I would go to through the process all the way to pay and the. it would clear my cart. Tried multiple devices, web browsers, cleared cache/history and nothing worked.
