Can't arrange Half Board upgrade

Booked Hotel New York and train travel thru Eurostar/WWTE assuming I could add Half Board Plus before I go. I read somewhere on these forums that I could do so upto 24 hours before arrival.

So I called Disney resort on 00 33 1 60 30 60 53 to request the the half board upgrade but was told I couldn't do it as I hadn't booked directly with them. They said I needed to sort it out with my agent (Eurostar/WWTE). I contacted them but they weren't able to arrange it either.

I thought I should be able to deal with the hotel directly but they said they have no details of my booking as they only get that information 1 or 2 days before arrival.

Anyone I can call to get this resolved?

Oh yikes, I think everyone on here who has had half board has probably booked their accommodation and half-board directly with Disney.

I'm not sure whether the half-board is a perk offered only if you book through Disney ........

I would try contacting the company you booked with again and see if it makes a difference - sometimes it depends who you talk to.

We have never booked direct with disney but have always been able to book half board plus with the company we use.
