Can't add tickets

I am trying to book a room at All Star Movies online. After putting in our dates, I get a choice for room only, it says no packages available. Why can't I add tickets? Why would Disney have room availability, but no tickets available? This happened to me last night, but then this morning I was able to book one room as a package. But I need two more rooms. I have tried refreshing, changing browsers, signed into my account and signed out of my account. What am I doing wrong? This is not a package with the discount, as those are not available either - I am just trying to book the room and tickets at regular price.

You're not doing anything wrong. I had the same issue when I just tried. No matter what I did it wouldn't let me add tickets. I tried multiple dates multiple resort with the same results. No idea what the issue is except the normal craziness that is the WDW website.

I was finally able to get the three rooms on a package. I just kept the tab open and periodically went over to refresh. The second room and third room were booked hours apart, as it took a while in between to get it to work.
