I was one of the very stressed out people who had to make ADRs on Oct 27th. I was fortunate enough to get all the ones I wanted on the phone that day. Over the next few days I was able to make some changes and fine tune our times.
I was careful to copy down all reservation numbers. I was not able to make cancellations on line so I had to do it on the phone. I was just hoping to double check my reservations on line and make sure that everything is in order.
I have tried all the phone numbers I can think of that I might have used and I CAN NOT access any of them. I keep getting the same error message that the system is unable to retrieve my reservations!
Any suggestions? Do I need to panic or should I just call and speak to a Dining CM? Thanks!
