Cans of Mickey coffee-how is it made?

The cans of Mickey coffee you can buy-is it for coffee makers or press pots? (We have neither!)

We've bought it in the past and used it in our auto drip maker. I don't drink coffee but my partner said it wasn't bad

It was for a auto drip coffee maker ( think Mr. Coffee ). I purchased a vanilla coffee and it was quite yummy, but I am not a coffee expert.
