Canopy Boats?

I would love to have some information on the canopy boats that are available for rental at WL. I am going on a girls-only trip with my DD and DGD (16 months) and am curious about whether that would be an option for us on a non-park day. Are they easy to drive? Would we all fit? Do they have life jackets small enough for a 25 pound child? Are there pictures posted somewhere that I could see one? I think the Surrey bikes will be fun, and the petting zoo at FW, but still need to find a few more options just in case we get bored. TIA.
