Canon S95 owners

Ok, so I started a thread about the Canon Elph 300 and how I bought it for Christmas but am not sure if I like the quality of the pictures. Now after doing some more research I've come across the S95. Although it's a bit more than what I wanted to spend, it looks like a great camera. I do have a question though about shooting in RAW mode. Do you shoot mostly in RAW or JPEG? If shooting in RAW how difficult is it to transfer the photos to your computer and email them? I'm thinking this would be a great camera for someone who doesn't want to dive right into DSLR's but wants to maybe get away from the P&S cameras and have a little more control over different settings.

I use my S95 and my bigger camera in JPG mode. Never RAW. The S95 takes great pictures and the jury is still out on the s100. So S95 is what I would buy today if getting a point and shoot.
