Does anyone have this camera? I am ready to throw my Sony Cyber Shot out the window......I soooo hate it. I've read good reviews on this Canon, anyone have any opinions?
Thanks!

Please let us know what you are looking for in a camera and what you dislike in your current model. The SD line are all good cameras, but that does not mean that they would be good for you.

A few things off the top of my head. Do you want a small camera? Do you want manual controls of shutter speed, aperture, ISO, etc.? Do you want a specialized battery or AAs?

The SD630 has a slightly larger LCD viewfinder (3") but it is otherwise about the same as the less expensive SD600 with 3x (35-105mm) zoom relative to the typical point and shoot camera and 6 megapixels.

The SD700 has a little more zoom (4x or 35-140mm). It also has an image stabilization feature to help reduce blur from not holding the camera absolutely steady. 2-1/2" LCD.

The SD800 has a little wider angle (unzoomed) but the same maximum zoom (28-105mm) as the SD600/SD630. Has image stabilization and 2-1/2" LCD.

The SD630, SD700, and SD800 are all about the same size and the SD600 is a bit smaller.

These are all great small cameras but they don't have all that great flash range (about 12 feet) and they don't have true manual settings.
