Cannot retrieve my reservation online...

what can I possibly be doing wrong. Today is my 180 days out and I wanted to make a few ADRs but am only able to do our first day as the system keeps telling me "My Disney Vacation - Error
Sorry, we are not able to display your reservation at this time. Please try again later.".

Any suggestions other than calling...which I did not have time to do today....

Is there a chance the main person listed on the reservation is different? I've had it several times where the reservation was listed in my daughter's last name which is different.

No....I have done everything and everything is in my name....but thanks for the suggestion.

I'm sure you've checked the numbers. If there are any names on the account other than yours, I'd still try them. I've had them put other names on the reservation than what I told them. Otherwise it's a call and likely a misspelling or IT issue.

Our last names are all the same....thats all the form asks for is the last name (confirmation number, resort and check in date) so it cant be that.....I will call in the morning .... or just wait and do it day by day.

I'm having the same problem. Luckily, I'm not 180 days out yet. I was never able to do online check-in for my reservation last Nov. It was very frustrating.

We'll just keep trying, I guess. :confused3
 
I had a split reservation so I could have the meal plan on select days and I got the same error. MS re-booked as one reservation and I'll have to split it later.
 
We had the same problem, I just kept refreshing the page and it eventually linked my reservation allowing me to book 180 + 10 days.
 
If you have segmented or linked reservations there is a flaw in the program so that might be the cause.
 
I had the same problem and called member services...They reported that I am not able to making ADR's online because reservation is segmented. We are not getting the dining plan, but it had to be segmented because the reservation is a combination of my parents and my points.

when I called MS the cast member made a "dumby" reservation, booked the dining, gave me the confirmation number, copied the confirmation number onto my real reservation and then canceled the "dumby" reservation.

I am a little concerned that the ADR will somehow be canceled, but I am going to have faith at the moment.

So it is definitely Member Services that needs to help me with this...not the Dining Reservation people correct?
 
After I continued to receive the error messages online, I had first called the General Dining Reservation number. They were unable to book any reservations for me. I was told they also were getting an error message and suggested I call DVC because there was a problem with my reservation.

When I called DVC, they reassured me that there was no problem, but because the reservation was segmented ADR's had to be made with them and not Disney Dining, especially if I wanted to use the 180 + 10 time period. I did because we were booking CRT for 11 people. The cast member did tell me that if I waited until 2/5 (today) that I would be able to book online 180 days out for a majority of my stay. She stated on 2/5 the window for "general public" opened for the period of my trip. So today I made 7 ADR's and got everything I wanted. The only difference is they are not connected to me resort reservation. However, because I logged-on from the DVC website I was able to get a list of all the ADR's I made, with confirmation numbers, date and time. So it worked really well


I would definitely call DVC. Just have the list of everything you wanted. The cast member did tell me if I called back instead of waiting, to tell whoever I spoke with to make a "dumby reservation for the resort." However, I just choose to wait because just to do the one ADR at CRT I was on the phone for 90 minutes. That was after 60 with the general dining number.

Well after calling member services and starting to go through the whole press this press that, Welcome Home...I hung up and went back to the website. I kept playing around with different ways of "getting in" to my account and found a different entry point and that worked!!

Sadly.....the 8:30 reservation I wanted at the California Grill is already gone for any of the days I wanted... I took a 9:10. Do you think this will be okay to see the fireworks? I have seen Wishes with a friend in a wonderful windowside table and was hoping to bring my husband and experience it with him.
