Cannot retrieve incentive via email/phone...

Is anyone else having a hard time getting your incentive for referring people? We've never gotten one before but one of my former colleagues just bought and I rec'd an email from Disney almost a month ago saying I had a Level I award and to go onto the web site and pick my incentive reward. I went to website and nothing came up so I began searching. Still nothing. I called MS and they said they were having a problem with the web site so to check back. I've checked back four times on both the web and phone and still nothing. I just called and the MS person said they would again refer it to someone and I should receive an email within 24 hours. How long is this going to take? We leave in early July for our trip and REALLY want our Disney dollar gift card to use.

As anyone else had any problems?

If you have more than one of you on the contract, it may be on the other persons login page. This happened to us a few months ago. I had never registered for access to the DVC member website, but DVC put the Sharing the Magic reward under my name. We have always used DW's online account, but it did not show up there. I called MS and they were able to get me logged in and it was there.

There should be a link to Sharing the Magic rewards on the first page when you log-in. It is in the box on the left under "My Membership"

You need to email the DVC Member Satisfaction Team and have them look into it for you. Their email address is:

dvcmembersatisfactionteam@disneyvacationclub.com

Include your name, member ID# and a phone number where they can call you back in a couple of days.
