Cannot Register for AK Moonlight Magic

Okay, so what I'm being told is that since we booked the reservation with resale points on another membership ID that doesn't have any direct points, that we had to call in to make the reservation. We have 3 membership ID's so this was the problem.

Thankfully we were able to get the April 17th booked!

I have been trying intermittently yesterday and this morning and get the error message that my reservation and member number do not match. I have 2 reservations and one waitlist. Been members since 2008 - direct sale. So that's not the issue. Really going to be POed if I miss out on this again because their system is messing up.

unfortunately I don't have 2 hours to wait on hold today. Away for the weekend. If it isn't resolved by monday I will call. I did read that they will be holding some tix for the 22nd when non reservation members can order.

Actually got someone right away (6p EST) and she fixed it for me. I booked the reservation on the 7th and she said it the cut off was the day before in order for the system to recognize the reservation for the moonlight magic but she went and did her magic and we now have tickets! And I got to listen to 2 of my favorite Frozen songs while waiting for her to fix everything.

I said we have 3 locals that we want to get ticket for and they said only the people on the reservation. Did anyone have this problem, I thought each member could reserve 5

We had a DVC studio booked for 2 on my points, but had to call to make the reservation because I used my resale points to book the room, and had no issues getting a reservation for 6 (we already received the email confirmation so I know it is for 6) so that our local friends could join us. You may want to call back.

We have a cash resi at ASSports the night of the 17th before checking into BLT for a week on the 18th. I was online and booked by 9:03...so relieved that it worked - I don’t know if I would have been able to handle the problems you guys had! Hope everyone gets it worked out and can go if they want!

You could add the to the reservation (unless you are doing the dining plan) and then you don't have an issue

I have a room reservation for 4 at all star sports and I would as able to get tix for 6 online. My dad and BIL are going to join us!

You should have been able to reserve for up to 5 ppl even if they aren't all on the reservation.
