Cannot Fix Steam Missing File Privileges Error

Hello everyone. I have been trying to install any games from steam for the past few days, but I keep getting steam missing file privileges error. I have been looking forward to playing steam games, but don’t know how to get past this error. Please can anyone help me with this issue? Any help will be appreciated.

Did you try deleting and reinstalling? Did you create an account with them?

Thanks for replying to me. I finally found this (digicruncher.com/steam-missing-file-privileges/) article by doing a Google search. I have solved my problem by applying a process mentioned there. I just closed the igfxEM module before opening Steam. Now I can install and update games on Steam without any problem.
