Cannot deactivate a waitlist online

This might have been discussed (have not been on the boards in a bit to see) but I have tried several times, on different days, to cancel a waitlist and cannot get it to cancel out.
Also I have one confirmed waitlist but it does not show up in my upcoming vacations (like it says that it will) nor do my points show that they have been allocated towards this trip.

Looks like a call to MS for me tomorrow. Was trying to avoid but cannot seem to get the online booking to work for me

Anyone experienced either one of these scenarios?

No. I have had a lot of success deactivating my wait lists recently--went back and forth with stuff trying to get my new Memorial Day weekend trip booked.

Once I finally got something I liked, it was very easy to deactivate. Must be something with your account but I imagine it will be easily fixed!

I had a waitlist for a THV to add a night to my stay in June. I needed to purchase my return flight tickets so decided to cancel my waitlist. Done with no problems within a matter of seconds.
