Cannot access disneyworld.com DxDDP and DDP pages - am I the only one?

I tried accessing the pages for the DDP and DxDDP on disneyworld.com and got an error message.

Is it too much to hope that they're about to roll out some big (add tip back!) change to the plans and they're updating the site?

I wasn't able to use the link you posted, but still found the dining plan brochure on the website by going under vacation packages and then clicking on the details.
The brochure has a date on the botom of the page of 1/2/08.

Earlier tonight I was looking at packages and added dining and looked at the brochure. It says gratuity NOT included but the table service still (or again? I hadn't looked in a long time) shows both an appetizer AND dessert. I printed it out because it just didn't make sense to me that their own literature was wrong.
