Does anyone know if we go through customs in Ottawa or Orlando? We leave in two days and are trying to figure out if we have to pick up our luggage in Otawa or not? Canjet couldn't say for sure.
 
If you are connecting in Ottawa, you will be asked to collect your luggage between flights and present them to customs in Ottawa.
