Cane Island???

Anyone heard of or stayed at Cane Island?

Info. on this property came across my desk recently, it looks like a brand new condo community and the rates are extremely reasonable.
Says the location is 192 and Scott Blvd. I'm drawing a blank as to where that is, anyone know a landmark (store, restaurant, etc.) in that vicinity?
I'm getting conflicting info. about distance to Disney too, one source says 5 miles but a couple others tell me 3 miles?

Looks like it is not far from Poinciana Blvd.

Scott Blvd. is the street before Poinciana when heading east on 192. It would be a right turn off 192. ( Across the road it's called Polynesian Blvd ).
Scott Blvd is just past Cracker Barrel, Crispy Creme, Pharmacy etc. We stayed at Cypress Palms a couple of years ago which is just a few hundred yards down Scott Blvd. Cypress Palms and a camping area was the only things down there at that time.
