So sad. Was really hoping to stay for my Christmas trip.

I was able to get into Tropicana. Booked June 2022 at Candy Cane

We received an email as well for our December stay. I had called earlier in the week and talked to James. This came as a surprise. I feel sorry for the employees, though I can certainly understand construction delays.
We were lucky to have made an alternative reservation a month ago. It took me a couple of hours to wrap my mind around the fact that we won’t be staying at the Candy Cane and my alternate was going to be okay.

They told me they won't reopen until the end of March or early April!!

It looks like the earliest you can book on the website is currently March 7, 2022.

Ugh, we have reservations to stay in February (made a few months ago) and were looking forward to it. Hopefully their construction progresses faster than expected. Luckily I have back up reservations at a couple of other places but this was the best option/price.
