Do only the premium rooms have microwave ovens?

hi there, we were just at the CCI for nights in may, and we stayed in a deluxe room and there were no microwave ovens.....

According to their web site, a microwave is included with the premium room.

That's one of the reasons we booked one for September

There is a microwave in the breakfast area. You can use it at anytime to heat something or make popcorn.

Yes but they are located in a really weird location. It is up above the vanity on the left hand side in a cubby in the wall. You almost need to stand on a chair to use them.

Our regular room didn't have one but we just used the ones in the breakfast area off the pool too.
