Candlelight Processional?????????

Has anyone had any luck booking an ADR for the Candlelight Processional? I tried to book tonight but was told I could not do so at this time.

I was told early August.

I was told to call back and change our ADR to the Candlelight Processional in mid August.

I was told early to mid August. It is beyond me why they wouldn't just release these at the same time as ADR's 180 days out. I don't get that.
