There are 3 shows a day at 5:00 p.m., 6:45 p.m., & 8:15 p.m. Have done the 5pm (dinner afterwards) & the 6:45pm (dinner afterwards). I would recommend the later shows. It's still pretty light out at 5pm and it seems like you don't get the full effect of the lights & candles, like at later shows when it is darker out.
Plan to do the 6:45pm show with dinner at the Rose & Crown afterwards for my first night there, but will make my ADR @ the R&C at my 180 day mark, as well as all other dinner plans at EPCOT. This way if I can't get the package I want, I will still have my dining. Also, alot of restaurants have limited seating for parties of 1 or 2 people, so it makes it that much harder when you are trying to book a package.
You can pick up your materials either at guest services at your Disney resort or at the pick-up window at EPCOT (next to the souvie store outside of the park).
