I'm wondering when Disney will release the 2012 CP speakers. Is there a timeframe I can be watching for?

Mid July.

Expect there to be several "holes" in the early listings and several other changes made as the Winter gets closer.

Thanks, Robo. So how does one go about doing ADRS if you don't know who's speaking? Does it usually fill up at the 180 day mark, or is it possible to make ADR for CP in July or later and get what you want? Just looking for ideas, nothing concrete or definitive. I know things flex all the time at Disney, but I like to get a good jump on things when I can.

You cannot make ADR's for the special Candlelight Dinner Pkg. until after the narrators are announced.

If you pick a date and the narrator is changed, you'll just have to see the narrator who is there. (Or cancel altogether, if you can't get another night.)
That can happen very close to the actual dates, too.

It's a great show, regardless.

Also, keep double checking for ADRs, especially as the date gets closer. At the 48 hour mark (the latest you can cancel without getting charged a fine) my dad found a Le Cellier reservation for Neil Patrick Harris' first show last year (12/10 @ 5:00) - everybody said that he must've jumped on at the exact moment someone else cancelled to get something that in demand and just got lucky! So if you have your heart set on a restaurant or a narrator that is unavailable when you first go to book, keep double checking, especially near that 48 hour mark if you can, you never know what you'll find.
