For those of you who have gone this year, I keep reading about people with the dinner package being shoved into lousy seats and not being allowed to choose better ones in the theatre. Can anyone who has attended with the dinner package voucher share their experiences.

We will be attending the 8 pm show on 12/30/05.

Thanks

Most of it depends on when you get in line. If you are at the end of the preferred seating line, most of the close seats will be gone. There are a couple of rows that are reserved for handicapped guests. When we got in line, the line was already past the Japan pavillion. We were back of the handicapped seats, beyond the covered area. I'd guess were were probably twenty rows back. Get there and in line early if you want you choice of seats.

We just did it for the lst time on Dec. 2nd. We ate at Biergarten. Our dinner seating time was 4:35 for the 6:45 cp show. We didnt have too far a walk from the restraunt. But many of the seats were already taken and we got a seat for the 5 of us right next to a tree and at the part where the stage becomes uncovered. We really did have a good view once they turned the lights off. I really didnt want to be too close because of noise issues, but if it was a really cold night, it would have been better to be inside more and closer. They were already lined up for the next show and the line was huge when we exited. The seating is lst come from what I understand. So if you eat slowly or are at a restraunt that is far away you should plan accordingly. Next time we do the cp package I think we might consider doing the show first, then dining, that way we wont feel pressured to hurry, eat etc.

We did the package in 2004and our seats were just fine.

We did the package in 2004 and our seats were just fine. Get an early dinner seating and you will not have to wait as long as the non-packaged guest and will have a good meal.
