I'm trying to change my reservation. Do I need to call? I can't seem to make one online.
Any help is appreciated.

The question is the reason you can't make one - is there no availability, or is the system down?

If the system is down, it might or might not help you to call (their system might be down too.) If there's no availability, then calling won't help.

Yeah I'm not sure which it is bc I was having the same issue online last week. So I called and was able to get one. ???
What happens is- I can pick the date and restaurant but then can't pick time and number of ppl.
I guess I'll just try calling again. I just prefer to do it online.

You are using an Ipad - I get the same thing on my Ipad. It is some kind of glitch with the website. In that case you will need to call, or find a desktop computer to do it on.
