For the past 2 years we have done the DDP and CP, we ate at Le Cellier and thoroughly enjoyed it. Well, we are considering not doing DDP on our next trip and paying OOP. DDs just don't eat enough food to use up the $ we have paid for DDP. Can we go to Le Cellier and pay OOP and order it as 2 adults and 2 kids? I'm not trying to buck the system, I am trying to not have DDs leave over 1/2 of their meals on the table. DD1 will be considered an adult, and last year at Le Cellier, she only ate 1/2 of her dinner, we basically wasted the rest. Is there anyway that we can do CP as children?

If you called dining and made a reservation for 4 at lecellier, 2 adults and 1 child on the candlelight processional pkg, and 1 adult not on the package.. I don't see why they wouldn't do that for you. Your daughter could then order what she would eat. The problem would then be getting seated for the processional with one of the members in your party not being on the package. What time in nov/dec are you going? Your best bet would be to do this in early dec., or after thanksgiving weekend is over. From my experience, there really was not a need to get the package at that time. But I can't say for sure for next year. If you are going nearer to christmas, you will def. need all of your party on the package. I would not try to fudge on the age of your child, it might cause a problem. You have to ask yourself if the price difference is worth the stress.

Ususally, with any dinner package, whether on the DDP or not, they require everyone at the table to purchase a meal and they should have the ages in the system.

We did the Fantasmic package many times (and CP package two times) and they always required my very picky, light eating DD to purchase a kid's meal and she could not share with her older sister but both of my girls were under 10 at the time.

If you ate there not with a dining package and not on the DDP then you all can order whatever you want to but if you are on the DDP or eating there with the dinner package then I don't see any way around it.
