I'm reading the same thing you are. That's an interesting twist. Hopefully if you book this one, it says somewhere that you do need a park ticket to enjoy the show.

Good point I had not thought of that. I bet there will be at least some people that will get caught by that too.

It does include this line under the Dining Package Pricing section - "Dining Packages do not include theme park admission—separate park admission is required."

I cannot find any reservations at Garden Grill? :/ I hope this is a bug and it is not sold out already..we wanted to do breakfast, I have a standard reservation booked as a back up...and of course we miss NPH narrating by a day. We're on a cruise all 4 nights he's there.

Just booked one for Coral Reef. Thought about trying Captains Grille as it is much less $$ but the wife really wanted Coral Reef. Got tickets to the 6:45 show which is what I was hoping for so all is good. :thumbsup2

booked mine for coral reef. Was glad to see that they had availability near opening - I don't think that was the case last year. Also with the price increases it is actually worth the 2TS on the DxDDP (I value the adult at $32 each per tx before tax and at $69 I'm a little ahead and the kiddo at around $7 a credit before tax and he is def ahead at $24). the price increase is more than I actually anticipated since I was planning to do lunch ... of course unsurprised the prices are the same for lunch and dinner given that the menus are the same now.

I was able to book as well but I have a couple of questions. Can you use the dining plan to pay for these meals? If so would it still be 1 credit if you are at a 1 credit restaurant? Also, it says you will enjoy a 3 course meal or full buffet. So is there like a set menu if you book the package or do you just get to choose and appetizer, entree and dessert?

No, all the CP packages are two TS credits. Also, you just order off the menu.

I couldn't get either of the restaurants I wanted, so I called, and the CM I spoke with said it appears that about half of the restaurants haven't been loaded into the system yet. So don't give up hope! Keep trying!

I was just able to book Biergarten for Christmas Day. Thanks for heads up!!

I thought it was weird that i couldn't get any of the three restaurants i wanted for the 1st.. didn't think they'd book up that quick today. I hate paying long distance bills so i'll just have to keep checking online for the restaurants i want, or just settle for the coral reef on the 1st
