Candlelight Processional - open for reservations yet

I thought I had seen that the window was now open to make reservations for CP, but when I called on Sunday, the CM told me that it was not yet open. Can anyone confirm? If it's still too early, when can these reservations normally be made?

Last year the packages went on sale on June 26. So, if things follow the pattern, it'll be later this month before the packages start.

I'm waiting too, also when does the list of narrators come out? Same time?

I was on the phone with a CM on Monday to make a dining reservation and asked about the package because I noticed a 3:20 pm reservation for Garden Grill available on the day I was trying to book another restaurant. She said they are still trying to get the final lineup of narrators and then after that they will announce the packages/dates, etc. She said "give it a few more weeks". Nothing definite as to dates of it being released.
