Candlelight Processional online confirmations

Anyone else having trouble pulling up their CP dinner package reservations online? I was able to pull ours up shortly after making the initial reservation. We had to change from a party of 4 to a party of 3 a few days ago (which was no problem over the phone!). Now when I try to pull up the reservation online I receive an error. Called this morning to verify our reservation and all is good, but I would really like to have something on paper to take with us. Ugh!
