Candlelight Processional Dinner - Watching & Waiting

After 1 hour and 55 minutes dialing and getting a busy signal, I finally got through and was on hold for an additional 40 minutes. Made my reservation for 12/11 for 4:10 dinner and 6:45 show and thought all was good. After hanging up, I've checked my reservations online, and it doesn't give any reference to CP and it still says it would be 1 TS credit. Does this seem right?

Mine says CAN Tier 3 before the restaurant and time.

Quick question about dining times - when I made our reservations, CM told me we didn't have a defined dining time, just eat between 5-6 for the 815 CP. That doesn't sound right to me especially when I see folks showing specific dining times in their posts. Can anyone enlighten me? Hope we aren't losing our reservations! I'm going to check online now.

Got the location, times and dates I wanted and just got through retrieving them online to have in my email :woohoo:

Now I can finally get some house cleaning & shopping done maybe ;)

I have a question. I have reservation to the 6:45 show with reservations for a late lunch at Le Cellier, my question is do you still get seats for Illuminations?

Yeah, I got right through and booked my first choice at Le Cellier! I would have posted even sooner but I stayed on to do the survey. :yay::yay:

Yay! Since securing my ressie after over 2 hours I've been scrolling back through this forum. Been checking up on some of the members I spent many an early morning with for about 4 weeks.;)
I know you were hoping for this and I'm so glad you got what you wanted.!

Finally got through.. about 7am-8:15 nothing but busy, then was on hold for about 35 minutes..

The CM i talked to was great, and i was able to get le ceiler 12-25 @ 4:05 6:15 show.. I wanted to get the 8:15 show but C'est la vie.

Yeah that doesn't sound right. I hope you still have a reservation. :)

Got right through to the flyers ticket line : )

Great day! Got the CP I wanted and an upgraded ticket to a flyers/penguins games. So close I could spit on sydney Crosby...not that I would ;)

I hope everyone is having better luck getting through

Where are you getting your information on this? Some people are being told there are no tiers this year and that each restaurant is individually priced. And the OP's Tutto Italia price they just booked doesn't square with any of this.

Ah my bad, this is from allears. i should have known too since my charge was $66.02 for Tutto Italia

I have a 6:45 showing for Coral Reef and the Cm did list the illuminations viewing as being included again this year.

Mine is the same.... I am concerned!

Coming back to encourage those that feel hopeless (like I did an hour ago!)

Busy signal time: 2 hours 20 minutes

On hold: 40 minutes while driving to work (yes, I know that's a big "no no" especially here in California, but there was no way in heck I was hanging up the phone once I heard that wand sound! :rotfl:)

I was able to get my 1st (and really only) choice:

December 19th
Biergarten
1:45 lunch/5:00 pm show

Hang in there everyone! Sending lots of pixie dust to everyone still in limbo...

You can cancel the package, I think the time limit to cancel is 48 hours before your day. It would be better to get a package now for the day and time you would like and cancel, rather than be shut out

I didn't know that Havana! Thanks for the tip. I think I'll do that!

There are still tiers because like someone else said, when you retreive your ressie on the disney site, for mine I have Biergarten and it sais Tier 1

:woohoo:Whew!!! Got busy signal/"all circuits are busy" for a 1/2 hr, then on hold (yea! Disney music!) for 40 min...then I got through!!!

Got pretty much what I wanted...Nov 26...3:40 at Chefs de France, 6:45 show!!!:thumbsup2

Great CM on phone...very helpful...I was her first booking for this at 6:45am pacific time.

Good luck to everyone still trying to book!:thumbsup2

Finally remembered I could call through DVC - minimal holding time. Got 12/10 at 3:30 p.m. for 6:45 p.m. show; 2nd choice: Chefs de France. Of course, Le Cellier was my first choice. Just hope Whoopi doesn't bail or reschedule. Wouldn't that be frustrating???

I'm pretty pleased right now!
finally got mine- didn't even think of calling member services, guess i should have tried that first, huh? after 90 minutes getting busy signals and NEVER getting through- another kind DISer got my ressie for me- 12/8, Le Cellier at 5:10pm for 8;15pm show for Jodi Benson- can't wait!

So, my choices were

Tutto
Chefs
Coral Reef

At first I picked Coral Reef, but CM said she couldn't guarantee 1 table for us and that made me nervous so I went with Tutto. What would you guys have done? Hope I made the right choice!

Glad I was able to score LeCel. for another day!

I'm going to lose my frickin' mind. After waiting 40 minutes, while talking to a CM (who talked me into making all of my reservations at once instead of GETTING ONE CP BOOKED AT LEAST), my call got disconnected. So now I'm back in the Queue of Doom. ARG.

I was able to get into the disney system after 57 minutes on hold:scared1:! We booked the CPDP for a 5pm dinner at Rose & Crown and we paid $50 per person. The CM told me that we would pay for it directly at the restaurant.
