is there a way a CM can look up a reservation without the confirmation number?

I think I copied it down wrong, since I get cant it to come up on the website.

Yes, they should be able to retreive it from either, your phone number or e-mail.

Found the reference to Candlelight by retrieving the res by the number...whew.

Getting a late start calling wasn't so bad! It only took 4 minutes to get through and then I was only on hold for 34 minutes. The biggest problem was that my VERY sweet CM, Karen, was on a computer that kept freezing. It took about 20 minutes to book because of the computer problem, but I got what I wanted... Tutto Italia, 6:45 show on CHRISTMAS EVE!!!!! I would have preferred the 8:15 show, but I am just happy to have a ressie for Christmas Eve. Breakfast at Akershus and a late lunch at Tutto followed by CPP. What a great Christmas Eve!

After being disconnected at 7:45 while on hold this morning I thought all hope was lost for LeCellier on Christmas Eve. I was wrong! I got my first choice!!!!!!! I didn't care which show I went to. The CM almost gave up on LeCellier that day and started to look for another day when she said, "Oh wait, here's one". And to think that I almost didn't ask because I thought it would be gone.

When I retrieved mine is said CAN Tier 1 - Garden Grill(6:45pm)Dinner at Epcot then further down in the reservation it gave name, date, and my dinner time of 3:30pm. Does yours look similar to that ?

There is no mention of CP on mine either...this is scaring me.

I called DVC Member Services and they were able to pull up the reservation. CP package is associated with it. Said that the online system that we see sometimes has trouble with the packages like CP and Fantasmic! . This kind of makes sense - I think that just about anyone that has a reservation on CP nights is probably associated with the packages. Up until today you couldn't make reservations for places like LeCellier for dinner on CP nights.

(i was just pulling up all reservations linked with my resort reservation...when I clicked on the reservation nothing came up either...was getting a little nervous, but putting in the number manually worked!)

There is no mention of CP on mine either...this is scaring me.

Mine says CAN Tier 3 in front of the restaurant name.

I have just tried to see my ressie online, but it says it can't locate it, which is a bit worrying, but I have had this happen before because of my UK phone number, so perhaps its that. Might ring Disney back later (much later lol) to check and see if its there.

I'm having the same problem with my UK number, I'll call back later or tomorrow just to check everything. I'm not quite sure my CM quite knew what she was doing, she started saying goodbye to me without having given me my reservation number.

I got what I wanted - 12/4 Garden Grill and 6:45 CP but............my dining ressie is for 3:30pm, according to everything I read Garden Grill doesn't open until 4:30. anyone else get early times like that, does anyone have any info that GG will be opening early for the package ? Just curious now.

We're at 3.30pm as well, I think that's the earliest time they are giving out at Garden Grill for CP reservations.

Mine doesn't say anything about the CP dinner package. It just says, Le Cellier 5:35 PM for December 18th. I'm a little concerned now. She took our credit card info and told us how much it was going to be for the 2 people in our party not on the dining plan. Hopefully it was booked correctly!

I would call to verify if was booked correctly. I retrieved my ressie and it states:
CAN Tier 3...Tutto Italia... ressie time....show time....party size

finally got mine- didn't even think of calling member services, guess i should have tried that first, huh? after 90 minutes getting busy signals and NEVER getting through- another kind DISer got my ressie for me- 12/8, Le Cellier at 5:10pm for 8;15pm show for Jodi Benson- can't wait!

What did the reservation say about CP specifically? My reservation only shows 5:10 PM at LeCellier. No mention of CP...

Same here. No mention of CP. So I called DVC MS and they confirmed I'm booked for CP. Phew!

I am so happy. We got reservations for Le Cellier for 12/19 at 5:05 for the 8:15 show. We have not been to Le Cellier or the Candlelight Processional so we are so excited!

i could answer your question, if i could speak to someone at wdw-dine. I've been trying to call to make reservations since 7:15 this morning and all i get is a busy signal or get told all currents are busy, please try your call again later. This is getting very frustated. When i speak with someone i'll ask your questions.

Same here. I do appreciate the info. The CAN wasn't showing up on my dining reservation page and I was dangerously close to a hizzy fit. Okay, not really, that might be a little over the top. However, I do not think it's over the top to print 10 copies of the confirmation.

Mine didn't say anything about CP either. So I called back. Got threw the first time and only was on hold for 10 min! But yes, even tho it didn't show online for me, it does show CP on their system.

But like some of you, I have found if I pull it up manually, it shows CAN Tier 3.
